| On Saturdays my mother would give me a dollar to go to the Plaza Theater. The Lower Valley bus ride was ten cents each way and thirty-five cents to get into the Plaza. My mother would let me have twenty-five cents to spend on popcorn and a soda or a hot dog from Coney Island.I would bring my mother twenty cents in change. A day at the movies eighty cents the memories of the Plaza Theather "Priceless". |
